Indian batting sensation Suryakumar Yadav is celebrating his 32nd birthday today (September 14). The cricket fraternity, including former and current players, extended their best wishes to Suryakumar.

Notably, in just 18 months since his debut for India in international cricket, Surya has become one of the most important players in the national team. The Pune-born cricketer has a career strike rate of 173 in 28 matches and is known for his 360-degree shot-making ability.

As the Mumbai Indians (MI) batter turned 32, wishes poured in from all corners for Surya, with former India cricketer Suresh Raina extending good luck to the right-handed batter.

“Happy birthday, brother @surya_14kumar, wishing you all the luck and success in life, keep achieving greater heights, SKY! Have a blessed year ahead! Loads of love to you,” tweeted Raina.

Senior Indian batter Cheteshwar Pujara wrote: “Many happy returns of the day @surya_14kumar ! Have a successful and a blessed year ahead.”

Former India opener Yusuf Pathan wished Surya on his special day and also extended good luck for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2022.

“Wishing India’s very own Mr. 360 @surya_14kumar a very happy birthday. Wishing you good luck for the upcoming T20 World Cup. #SuryakumarYadav,” tweeted Pathan.

Surya was recently named in Team India’s squad for the T20 World Cup, which is scheduled to take place in Australia from October 16 to November 13. Before travelling to Australia, Surya will be seen in action in the home T20I series against the Aussies and South Africa.
