Anushka Sharma, Bollywood actress and wife of charismatic batter Virat Kohli, has reacted angrily to a fan breaching her husband’s hotel privacy in Perth and recording a video of his room while the former Team India captain was out for a T20 World Cup match against South Africa on Sunday.
Anushka took to Instagram to express her anger over the leaked video of Virat’s hotel room, saying: “Incidents where some fans have shown no compassion or grace in the past but this really is the worst thing. An absolute disgrace and violation of a human being and anyone who sees this and thinks ‘celebrity ho Toh deal karna parega (if you are a celebrity you have to deal with such things)!’, should know that you’re also part of the problem.”
“Exercising some self control helps everyone. Also if this is happening in your bedroom then where is the line?” questioned Anushka.
Virat and Anushka have always been careful of maintaining their privacy, especially of their little daughter Vamika. They refuse to show her face to the public and have often made special requests to the paparazzi about not doing so.
Meanwhile, actress Urvashi Rautela – who has constantly been in the news for her tiff with wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant – also expressed her thoughts on the behaviour of the person who circulated the video, and what might have happened if the clip of a women’s room would have been leaked instead.
“Absolutely!! Immoral, unscrupulous imagine they did the same with a girl’s room #unprincipled # dishonorable,” commented Urvashi.
On the work front, both actresses are currently busy with their modelling assignments and upcoming movie projects. Anushka will next be seen in ‘Chakda Xpress’ (a film based on the life of veteran fast bowler Jhulan Goswami), while Urvashi’s romantic film ‘Dil Hai Gray’ will hit the theatres next year.
