Team India wicket-keeper Rishabh Pant is currently in Australia, preparing for the most-awaited clash of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022 on October 23. India will lock horns with Pakistan on that day at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG).
“It’s always special playing against Pakistan because there is a special hype around that match as always,” Pant was quoted as saying in his recent interview with ICC digital.
During India versus Pakistan at the 2021 T20 World Cup, where India lost by ten wickets, Rishabh Pant made a quickfire 39 and shared a 53-run partnership with then-skipper Virat Kohli.
Off-late Pant is the news for a controversy created by Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela. In her exclusive interview with an entertainment portal, Urvashi confessed how a certain ‘Mr RP’ waited for several hours in the lobby to meet her. Followed by this, there was an exchange of words on social media where both Urvashi and Rishabh took indirect digs at each other. And if this wasn’t enough, the model-tuned-actress boarded a flight to Perth, which is one of the venues for the ongoing T20 World Cup.
In the meantime, Rishabh’s girlfriend Isha Negi has won the internet with her epic reply to a fan.
Isha Negi is quite active on social media and has more than 2.4 lakh followers on Instagram. Notably, Isha and Rishabh have been dating since 2018. The Roorkee-born cricketer disclosed his relationship with Isha via Instagram on Valentine’s Day in February 2019.
Recently, Isha uploaded a video on Instagram regarding her youtube channel. She captioned the post: “First YouTube video out on my Channel. Watch now & drop down ideas for next video on the comment section.”
Soon the video was bombarded with comments from her fans. Among many, one of her followers expressed his desire to see Rishabh Pant on the YouTube channel. “We want Rishabh Pant on your YouTube channel,” wrote the Instagram user.
Responding to the same, Isha came up with a heart-winning response. She wrote: “@saurabhkry08 ye main kar leti hu, Usko team mai focus karne dete hai.”
