Even Bollywood actress Mrunal Thakur has confessed that she was once ‘madly in love’ with the swashbuckling batter. Along with this, Mrunal revealed how much she loves cricket and it’s all because of his brother. Speaking about the game, the Jersey fame actress said she was also a sportsperson in her school days.

Mrunal mentioned that she was very active in her teenage and has played many sports till zonal level, which includes basketball and football.

During an interview with ETimes, the Bollywood diva said: “There was a time when I was madly in love with Virat Kohli. I started liking cricket because of my brother who’s a big fan. I have fond memories of watching a match live at a stadium with him around five years ago. I remember I was wearing a blue jersey and cheering for Team India.”

On the work front, Mrunal was last seen in a Telugu-language period romance film Sita Ramam, co-starring Dulquer Salmaan and Rashmika Mandanna. The actress is best known for her performances in movies like Super 30, Toofaan, Batla House, Love Sonia and Ghost Stories, among many others. Her recent releases include Dhamaka with Kartik Aaryan and Jersey, co-starring Shahid Kapoor.
