Pakistan will take on Bangladesh in the 41st match of the ongoing ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022 at the Adelaide Oval on Sunday, November 6.
The winner of this contest will progress to the semifinals in case South Africa or India end up as a losing side in their respective games. By the time Pakistan-Bangladesh meet, South Africa’s clash against the Netherlands would have already been over. So if South Africa collapses, it will give Pakistan and Bangladesh a huge lift before their encounter.
Pitch and Weather report
The Adelaide Oval favours both fast bowlers as well as spinners because of the bounce in the surface. Batters can also score runs freely at this ground once they settle down in the middle. The captain winning the toss may look to bat first as it will be the second game of the day on the same pitch.
A full game is in the offing as no rain has been forecasted for Sunday.

Who said what?
“This is the best tournament Bangladesh has ever had in a T20 World Cup. We’ve never won two games in Super 12s in the history of Bangladesh cricket, so we’ve done that, so I think the boys should be proud of themselves,” Bangladesh’s technical consultant Sridharan Sriram said in the pre-match presser.
“We believe we can beat Pakistan. Qualifying for the semi-final is not in our hands, unfortunately,” he added.
