Jaya Bhardwaj, wife of Indian cricketer Deepak Chahar, has come out hard at new channels and media persons after the reports of her being duped of Rs 10 lakhs on pretext of business were published in several websites.
In the reports, it was mentioned that a case has been registered in the Hari Parvat police station in Agra on behalf of Jaya by her father-in-law Lokendra Chahar. Allegedly, two people named Dhruv Pareek and Kamlesh Pareek, who hail from Hyderabad, were made the prime suspect of the incident.
As soon as Jaya got to know about such reports being shares on social media as well, she took to Instagram and lashed out at the people related to the spreading of the information.
“People should get their facts corrected before putting up anything on their handles or news channels,” Jaya wrote in her Instagram story.
“The Money given 2 people was a Personal Loan and not for any “Business Purpose.” They refused to give back the taken amount and hence an official police complain had to be filed,” she added.
“Hope people act more responsibly rather than spreading a piece of news just for likes and shares.”
Jaya tied the knot with Chennai Super Kings (CSK) star pacer on June 2 in Agra last year.
“When I met you first time I felt that you are the one and I was right . We have enjoyed every moment of our life together and I promise you to keep you always happy like this. One of the best moment of my life. Everyone pls give your blessings to us,” Deepak had posted on Instagram after his wedding.
After secretly dating each other for one and a half year, Deepak and Chahar exchanged rings after a match between CSK and Punjab Kings (PBKS) on October 7, 2021.
