A movie date of Virat and Ritika, which took place a decade ago, is once again making headlines during the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL).
The pictures of Rohit’s wife alongside Virat have taken the internet by storm.
Ritika worked for Virat back in 2013
Virat, who returned home after a triumphant Zimbabwe tour in 2013, took Ritika on a movie date in Mumbai. Though Virat was cool about being photographed, Ritika, a sports talent manager, hid her face as soon as she saw the paparazzi.
Ritika first covered her face with her hand and then a newspaper.
According to several reports, Virat and Ritika, for the first time, met during an IPL match in 2010. Back then, Ritika used to work for Cornerstone, a talent management company. She was contracted to represent Virat.
Just a few months later, Ritika started to work for Mumbai Indians captain Rohit Sharma. The love blossomed between the two, and they finally got married on December 13, 2015.
