7) Kieron Pollard vs Shane Watson
Kieron Pollard and Shane Watson indulged in a heated argument in IPL 2023 after the MI all-rounder mocked the Aussie cricketer as soon as he came out to bat.
Later Pollard took Watson’s catch and gave him a send-off. Things did not stop here as the duo also exchanged words even while RR batter sat in the dugout.
6) Munaf Patel vs Amit Mishra
Munaf Patel and Amit Mishra were involved in an intense verbal spat in IPL 2011. The incident occurred in the match’s final over, where Munaf was hit for a few boundaries.
MI skipper Sachin Tendulkar and the umpires resolved the issue by settling things down between the two.
5) Hrithik Shokeen vs Nitish Rana
A heated exchange of words took place between KKR’s Nitish Rana and MI’s Hrithik Shokeen in IPL 2023. It all happened after Shokeen fired some foul words towards Rana
MI’s stand-in skipper Suryakumar Yadav and spinner Piyush Chawla came to the rescue and diffused the situation.
4) Virat Kohli vs Gautam Gambhir
In 2013, the most talked about altercation of IPL took place. The fight also saw Gautam Gambhir and Virat Kohli pushing each other and exchanging words.
However, the Delhi cricketers were separated later, and the issue was resolved by KKR players and Chris Gayle at the non-striker end.
3) Ambai Rayudu vs Harshal Patel
MI’s Ambati Rayudu lost his cool during a match against RCB in 2012 and used abusive language towards Harshal Patel.
Following the game, Rayudu was fined 100% of his match fee, whereas Harshal was docked 25% of his match earnings.
2) Kieron Pollard vs Mitchell Starc
The most intense and animated fight in IPL history took place in 2014 during the match between MI and RCB. The fight saw Pollard throwing his bat towards Mitchell Starc in anger.
It happened after Pollard stopped Starc midway on his run-up, but the Aussie pacer refused and went on to bowl the delivery.
