The final match of IPL 2023 on Monday (May 29) ended with disappointment not just for Gujarat Titans (GT), but also for Mumbai Indians (MI). Chennai Super Kings (CSK) emerged victorious, equalling MI’s record of five IPL trophies.

CSK’s triumph in the final meant they now share the distinction of being the team with the most IPL titles.

Chasing a target of 171 runs in a mere 15 overs, CSK relied on the incredible performance of their all-rounder, Ravindra Jadeja, who delivered when it mattered most. With just two balls remaining in the final, Jadeja smashed a six and a four, leading his team to a stunning victory.

Adding to the joyous occasion, Ravindra’s wife Rivaba and their daughter Nidhyana were present in the stands, cheering for him during the IPL 2023 final.

Among the memorable moments captured during the celebrations was a heartwarming clip showing Ravindra embracing his wife. This adorable moment melted hearts across the internet, earning admiration for the couple.

After the celebration, Jadeja dedicated the final win to captain MS Dhoni and also thanked CSK fans for leaving no stone unturned to show their support throughout the tournament.
