The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the complete schedule of the upcoming ODI World Cup 2023 in India. The multi-team event will kickoff with a blockbuster clash between previous event’s finalists England and New Zealand on October 5 in Ahmedabad.

India will start their campaign against Australia on October 8 in Chennai. Meanwhile, the biggest clash i.e., the India-Pakistan encounter will take place in Ahmedabad on October 15.

India will be hosting the men’s ODI World Cup for the fourth time, following their previous duties in 1987, 1996, and 2011. While India had co-hosted the tournament in the past, the upcoming 13th edition will be the first time India assumes the role of the sole host.

For the semifinals, Mumbai will serve as the venue on November 15, while Kolkata will host the second semifinal on November 16. The grand finale of the tournament is scheduled to take place on November 19 in Ahmedabad.
