Excitement is building as the ICC World Cup Qualifiers are set to commence in Zimbabwe next week. Ten teams from around the world will battle it out in hopes of securing a spot in the highly anticipated ODI World Cup, scheduled to take place in India later this year.

The teams have been divided into two groups, with Group A consisting of West Indies, Zimbabwe, Netherlands, Nepal, and the United States of America. Group B comprises United Arab Emirates, Scotland, Sri Lanka, Ireland, and Oman. The competition promises to be fierce as these teams vie for the coveted opportunity to compete on the global stage.

Prior to the start of the main competition on June 18, each team will participate in two warm-up matches, beginning on June 13. These warm-up matches will provide an opportunity for the teams to fine-tune their strategies, assess their form, and gain momentum before the intense battles that lie ahead.

The fixtures will be hosted across two different venues, with six matches scheduled to take place in Harare and three in Bulawayo. Notably, the top eight teams from the ICC World Cup Super League have already qualified for the tournament.
