This much-awaited ACC Men’s Emerging Asia Cup 2023 kicked off on Thursday, July 13. The tournament will witness the clash of eight Asian teams vying for the prestigious title. The matches will be played across four venues in Sri Lanka, with the final scheduled to take place on July 23.

Unlike the previous edition, which was played in the T20 format for women, the fifth edition of the ACC Men’s Emerging Asia Cup will be contested in the 50-over format. The action-packed event will feature twelve matches.

The teams participating in this year’s tournament include seven ‘A’ teams of respective nations, along with Nepal. All eight sides have been divided into two groups, with four teams in each group. The top two teams from each group will advance to the semi-finals, setting the stage for high-stakes clashes to determine the finalists.

The much-anticipated final match of the ACC Emerging Men’s Asia Cup 2023 is scheduled to be held on July 23 at the R Premadasa International Cricket Stadium.
