Bulawayo Braves (BB) will face Durban Qalandars (DB) in the ninth match of the Zim Afro T10 2023 at the Harare Sports Club on Sunday (July 23). BB have played three matches in the inaugural tournament so far and managed to win just one of those. Meanwhile, DB competed in two matches and sit at the second spot of the points table with two wins. It is also worth mentioning that this will be Qalandar’s second game on the same day.

Speaking of the Braves’ previous match, BB suffered a setback at the hands of Cape Town Samp Army (CTSA) in their last game. Ben McDermott (27) was the only batter to cross the 20-run mark for his team. Among bowlers, Tanaka Chivanga and Taskin Ahmed took one wicket each. On the other hand, DB pacer Tendai Chatara scalped some crucial wickets and has stood out for them in the tournament so far. Meanwhile, Hazratullah Zazai and Tim Seifert have impressed in the batting department.

BB will aim to return to winning ways when they meet Qalandars, while DB will look to carry the momentum.
