In reply, the Saint Lucia Kings put up a spirited fight but fell short of the target, finishing their innings at 176 for 8 in 20 overs. Chase was the standout performer with the bat as well, smashing a blazing half-century and contributing 53 runs off just 31 balls. It all happened on the first ball of the 16th over when Amir delivered a shortish outside-off delivery to Primes, and the right-handed batter hammered it out of the ground over cow corner with full power and lightning bat flow. The hit by Primus left Amir baffled as the left-arm pacer was seen stunned seeing the distance of the maximum.
