Talking about the result the match, both India and Pakistan shared a point each as the contest got abandoned due to rain. Batting first, India were bundled out for 266 in 48.5 overs, courtesy of a brilliant bowling display by Pakistan’s left-arm pacer Shaheen Afridi (4/35).
Afridi was well supported by Naseem Shah and Haris Rauf, who claimed three wicked each.
For India, Ishan Kishan and Hardik smashed half-centuries and took their team out of hot water. At once, India were reeling at 66-4 in 14.1 overs. The duo added a 140-run partnership for the fifth wicket and guided the Men in Blue to a 200-plus total.
