However, what was anticipated to be a thrilling encounter emerged as a one-sided affair, with India’s pace attack wreaking havoc on the Sri Lankan batting lineup and bowling them out for a mere 50 runs. Mohammed Siraj was the most successful bowler for India, taking a remarkable six-wicket haul.
In response, Team India wasted no time asserting their dominance, chasing down the target in just 6.1 overs without losing a wicket. The R Premadasa stadium in Colombo was filled with excitement as India celebrated their triumph. But the real fun moment came during the presentation ceremony when the duo of Kishan and Kohli indulged in a funny banter.

The fun banter between Ishan Kishan and Virat Kohli
As the preparations were underway for the presentation ceremony, the spotlight shifted from the cricketing action to the lighter side of the game, where Kishan decided to have some fun with former India skipper Kohli, and the latter responded with equal zest. The video of the funny banter between the two soon went viral over the internet.
In the viral clip, Kishan can be seen mimicking Kohli’s distinctive walk. With his impeccable comic timing, The left-handed batter pulls off an imitation that had everyone in splits. He even incorporated a head movement that left his fellow teammates, including Hardik Pandya and Shreyas Iyer, in fits of laughter.

Nevertheless, the entertainment did not stop there. Kohli, known for his quick wit and sense of humour, was not to be outdone. In a quick counter-move, Kohli initiated an even more hilarious walk with his arms wide apart, poking fun at Kishan’s walking style.
