Sri Lanka (SLC), on Wednesday, unveiled the fixtures of their men’s team for the 2024 season. The upcoming year for the Islanders will include several intriguing series against formidable opponents.

As per the 2024 calendar unveiled by SLC, India are scheduled to embark on a tour featuring three ODIs and T20Is each in July-August, marking a significant segment of the country’s extensive cricket season.

Sri Lanka men’s 2024 Future Tours Program

Sri Lanka are set to kick off their 2024 international schedule with a white-ball series against Zimbabwe in January, encompassing three ODIs and an equal number of T20Is. Shortly thereafter, Afghanistan will visit for a multi-format tour in the January-February period, featuring a solitary Test, three ODIs and three T20Is.

Following the conclusion of the 2024 T20 World Cup, slated to take place in West Indies and USA in the June-July window, Sri Lanka will immediately engage in a high-profile white-ball series against India.

Subsequently, Sri Lanka are slated to embark on a tour to England for three Tests, promptly returning to host New Zealand for a two-match red-ball series.

Sri Lanka are also set to host West Indies for a series comprising three ODIs and as many T20Is in October.

Later in November, New Zealand will return to Sri Lanka for the white-ball leg.

The culmination of the 2024 season will witness Sri Lanka undertaking a Test tour of South Africa, featuring two matches, followed by a limited-overs series in New Zealand.
