With Warner’s impending retirement from Test cricket looming on the horizon, speculations were rife that Smith, another stalwart of Australian cricket, could be the next in line to hang up his boots. However, Craig, as reported by the Sydney Morning Herald, has provided clear and concise clarification, assuring fans and cricket enthusiasts that Smith has no plans of retiring at this point in time.

Smith, widely regarded as one of the modern-era greats, boasts an impressive record, accumulating 9,320 runs in 102 Tests at an average of 58.61, with 32 centuries and 39 fifties.
