India continued their supremacy over England on Day 2 of the opening Test in the ongoing five-match series at Hyderabad. The foundation for India’s lead was laid on Day 1 by Yashasvi Jaiswal, who provided an impressive start with his knock of 80 runs. The unfortunate mix-up between Ravichandran Ashwin and Jadeja resulted in a run-out, cutting Ashwin’s stay at the crease short. Axar Patel‘s unbeaten 35 off 62 balls added the finishing touches to the day, including two fours and a six in the final three balls.
