In a further measure, the PCB has also declared that no NOC (No objection certificate) will be granted to the seamer for participation in any foreign league until June 30, 2024. Reason behind Haris Rauf’s contract termination
Rauf has faced disciplinary action after an investigation into his refusal to join Pakistan’s Test squad for the 2023-24 tour of Australia.
