Indian cricketer Ishan Kishan has sparked controversy by defying the advice of coach Rahul Dravid, opting to train with the Pandya brothers for the upcoming IPL 2024 season.

Kishan, who is known for his explosive batting and wicketkeeping skills, reportedly chose to train with Hardik Pandya and Krunal Pandya despite Dravid’s recommendations for a different training regime.
After the return of Indian contingent from their South Africa, Dravid stated that the management respects Ishan’s decision to take a break from international cricket due to mental fatigue, mentioning the left-handed batter will be back in the team only if he proves his fitness in a first-class match. But Ishan did not follow Dravid’s words and continued to skip the ongoing Ranji Trophy matches.
Rather, the Jharkhand-lad decided to train along side Pandya brothers at the Reliance Stadium in Baroda.
