Notably, Rohit stands as the sole player globally with more than one double century in the 50-over format, a testament to his exceptional batting prowess.

Sarfaraz’s potential debut: A chance to shine against England
After years of dedicated toil in the domestic circuit, Sarfaraz has finally received his maiden call-up for the upcoming second Test in the ongoing five-match series against England. This opportunity arose following the unfortunate injuries to key players, Ravindra Jadeja and KL Rahul, who were ruled out due to hamstring and right quadriceps injuries, respectively.
The Indian selectors responded by including Sarfaraz, along with left-arm spinner Saurabh Kumar and all-rounder Washington Sundar, in the squad. With Kohli also unavailable, the stage is set for Sarfaraz to potentially make his debut in the absence of these key players.
