Virat Kohli led from the front with a composed knock of 51 runs off 43 balls, supported by Faf du Plessis, who provided a quickfire start with 25 runs off 12 deliveries. Rajat Patidar‘s explosive innings of 50 runs off just 20 balls, including 5 towering sixes, further bolstered RCB’s total. Contributions from Cameron Green (37 runs off 20 balls) and Dinesh Karthik (11 runs off 6 balls) ensured a challenging total for SRH.

In response, Sunrisers Hyderabad fought valiantly but fell short of the target, managing 171/8 in their 20 overs. Abhishek Sharma‘s aggressive start (31 runs off 13 balls) set the tone for the chase, but despite notable contributions from Shahbaz Ahmed (40 runs off 37 balls) and Pat Cummins (31 runs off 15 balls), SRH couldn’t sustain the momentum. RCB’s bowling attack, led by Karn Sharma (2 wickets for 29 runs) and Swapnil Singh (2 wickets for 40 runs), kept the pressure on SRH throughout the innings.

Ultimately, RCB’s all-round performance with both bat and ball secured their victory, maintaining their position in the league standings. SRH, on the other hand, will look to regroup and bounce back stronger in their upcoming fixtures.
