Venkatesh Iyer’s heroics lift KKR amid turmoil

Venkatesh Iyer‘s explosive 70-run knock and Manish Pandey‘s gritty 42 set the foundation for KKR’s challenging total. However, Jasprit Bumrah and Nuwan Thushara led MI’s fightback with three wickets each, restricting KKR to 169 runs in their allotted 20 overs.

In response, Tilak’s dismissal came at a pivotal juncture, denting MI’s chase of 170 runs. Despite a valiant effort from Suryakumar Yadav, who scored a defiant 56, MI fell short, posting a total of 145 runs in 18.5 overs.
