Soham Desai sheds light on the training session of India
In the video, Soham shared their primary objective of aiding the team in acclimating to the time-zone change as quickly as possible, which is why they commenced the training sessions early. The S&C coach emphasized the importance of getting the players active, indicating that they needed to get out and start moving. This approach would enable the management to conduct the necessary assessments and tailor the preparation regimen for each player ahead of their first match.
“We came here a day before yesterday, and we just fixed into our routines here, the Idea was just to get used to the time zone and today we are having our first round of ground session, as a sports science and med team we want to see them move, we want to see them run so that we can we must put enough plans and place for each guys to be ready for the first game,” Soham said in the video.
