Ridhima Pandit, a prominent television actress known for her role in ‘Bahu Humari Rajni Kant,’ has recently been at the centre of rumours linking her romantically to Indian cricketer Shubman Gill. Speculations suggested that the duo was planning to tie the knot in December 2024.

In a candid interview with television and radio host Siddharth Kannan, Ridhima quashed these rumours, asserting, “When I got a call from various journalists, I clarified that I have not met Shubman Gill even once. When I marry someone, I will let everyone know about it.”
Ridhima, who has also appeared in shows like ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 9’ and ‘Haiwaan,’ explained how her family, familiar with the workings of the entertainment industry, reacted to the rumours. “Since I belong to a filmi family, they know how all these things happens in this industry,” she said.
Ridhima recounted the moment her father learned about the rumours, saying, “After knowing about the news of my marriage with Shubman, my father became very angry and asked me where these news have come from.”
The actress also shared a humorous anecdote about the timing of the rumours. “The morning when my wedding rumours went viral on social media, I had a date with some guy in the evening. So this moment became more embarrassing for me,” she revealed.
