Roshi, born to Indian parents, grew up in the USA and cricket became her favourite because of how complex it was. She was fortunate to work on various cricketing projects from college-level to international level. New Zealand superstar Kane Williamson is her favourite cricketer and the only cricket crush.
“Super 8 won’t be the same without him and NZ. When I used to be a diehard Indian supporter, the only player I would always pray for and be okay with scoring against India was Kane Williamson. Too many memories of yelling my heart out at matches cheering for Kane. Hoping to keep bumping into you in the cricket field and watching you score runs,” she captioned her Instagram post.
