In a heartwarming speech delivered in his mother tongue, Marathi, Rohit expressed his gratitude and reflected on their journey to the top. “It was a dream to bring the World Cup back to India. We had won the Champions Trophy back in 2013. I’m very thankful to the team, not just Shivam, Surya, and Yashasvi but everyone who is part of this team,” he said.
