In a candid conversation with sports presenter Jatin Sapru, Mandhana revealed that her favorite men’s cricketer is none other than batting phenom Virat Kohli. She also shared that she had the opportunity to catch up with Kohli and sought his advice on various aspects of batting. One particular area she inquired about was her grip, which tends to change after every tour. Kohli’s insights, according to Mandhana, helped her understand the importance of maintaining a consistent mindset while batting.

“Who’s your favourite batsman in the men’s team?” asked Jatin.

“Virat Kohli,” said Mandhana (giggles).

“Did you get a chance to catch up with him,”? quizzed Jatin.

“Ya, I did ask him a lot of things about batting. I really wanted to know what his mindset is. I have a problem of my grip keeps changing like after every tour so I asked him” added Mandhana.
