Men’s T20 Emerging Teams Asia Cup 2024 Schedule: Date, Squads, Match Time, Broadcast & Live Streaming details

The Men’s T20 Emerging Teams Asia Cup is making a return, featuring eight teams competing from October 18 to 27, 2024, at the Al Amerat Cricket Ground. This year’s edition introduces a T20 format for the first time, with past tournaments being played as 50-over matches. The event has been held five times previously, with Sri Lanka and Pakistan winning twice each, and India once. Pakistan A emerged as the last edition’s champions after defeating India A by 128 runs.

Participating teams and tournament structure

Five teams—India A, Pakistan A, Sri Lanka A, Afghanistan A, and Bangladesh A—secured direct entry, while United Arab Emirates, Oman, and Hong Kong earned their spots through the 2024 ACC Men’s Premier Cup. The eight teams are divided into two groups, with each team playing three matches in the group stage. The top two from each group will advance to the semi-finals, leading to the final showdown on October 27.
