Justin Greaves, who last featured for the West Indies in 2022, has been in sensational form and made his comeback to the ODI squad. He emerged as one of the top run-scorers in the Super50 ODI tournament and further cemented his place with an extraordinary all-round performance in the ongoing Test series against Bangladesh.
Greaves played a pivotal role in the first Test, scoring a remarkable century and taking five wickets, earning him the Player of the Match award as the hosts secured a commanding 201-run victory.

Amir Jangoo earns maiden ODI call-up
Amir Jangoo, the uncapped wicketkeeper-batter, also earned his spot through consistent performances in the Super50 tournament. Jangoo finished as the leading run-scorer, showcasing his potential as a valuable addition to the squad.

Shai Hope will continue to lead the West Indies in the ODI format, with Brandon King serving as his deputy. The team boasts a strong fast-bowling attack led by Alzarri Joseph, Shamar Joseph, and Seales.
