Guptill picks one batter he loves to open the batting with
Apart from his brutal hitting, Guptill was also part of a fun discussion where he gave some candid answers on the field. Speaking after his electrifying performance, the former New Zealand star was asked to name one cricketer he would love to open the batting with. Guptill quickly went with none other than the Indian cricket team captain Rohit Sharma. Interestingly Guptill had played for Mumbai Indians in IPL 2016 and had a chance of batting alongside Rohit.
“I’ve opened with him before, I enjoy batting with Rohit Sharma,” said Guptill as quoted from a press release by the Legend 90 League.

“I would want to face Hardik Pandya. We have had some amazing battles over the years,” added Guptill.
