Rachin Ravindra‘s impressive performance in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 has indeed sent fans into a frenzy. During the semi-final match against South Africa, Ravindra scored his fifth ODI century, completing it in just 93 deliveries at the Gadaffi Stadium in Lahore. This century marked his second in the Champions Trophy 2025, following his earlier ton against Bangladesh, where he became the first player to score centuries on both ODI World Cup and Champions Trophy debuts.

Rachin Ravindra’s century sets the tone for New Zealand’s strong total 

Ravindra’s knock against the Proteas was crucial, as it helped New Zealand in setting a strong total. His partnership with Kane Williamson was particularly notable, contributing significantly to the team’s efforts1. The young opener has been in phenomenal form, showcasing his ability to perform under pressure in major ICC events.
