Shreyas Iyer shares a special moment with fan
The incident took place when Iyer was spotted in his car during Mumbai T20 League. As he approached the main gate, a fan ran up excitedly toward the vehicle, holding a poster that read “Sarpanch Sahab” (Chief) — a fun and affectionate nickname the fan had given him. Rather than driving past, Iyer rolled down his window with a warm smile and personally signed the poster for the visibly thrilled fan.

Boasting a young and dynamic squad, Iyer emerged as the driving force behind the team’s exceptional run in the cash-rich tournament.
