The 19th match of The Hundred 2025 saw Oval Invincibles register a comfortable 7-wicket win over Southern Brave at a packed stadium. Both teams entered the clash aiming to solidify their positions on the points table, but it was the Invincibles who dominated the game with both ball and bat. While Sam Curran’s all-round heroics sealed the game, it was Tom Curran’s stunning delivery to dismiss Laurie Evans that became the moment of the match.
Tom Curran cleans up Laurie Evans with a beauty
One of the standout moments of the match came from Tom, who bowled a peach of a delivery to dismiss Laurie Evans. Curran, who was already involved in the first two dismissals, struck again with a length ball that gripped off the surface. Evans attempted to create room for a cut shot, but misjudged the movement. The ball wobbled in and crashed into the top of off-stump, leaving Evans stunned and Curran pumped up.
