Will Jacks takes a screamer to get rid of Ollie Pope
The highlight came on the 34th ball of London Spirit’s innings. Sam Curran delivered a slower ball that Pope tried to loft straight down the ground. The shot, however, lacked timing and skewed towards mid-on. Initially moving the wrong way, Jacks quickly adjusted, shuffled left, and leapt into the air to snatch the ball with his right hand before crashing to the ground. The catch left fans and commentators in awe, with the clip of the stunning catch went viral.

London Spirit puts up a fighting total
Batting first, London Spirit managed 152/7 in their allotted 100 balls. Jamie Overton (31 off 18) and Jamie Smith (28 off 15) added some late impetus, while Nathan Sowter‘s tight spell of 2/23 kept the Spirit from posting a bigger total. Despite their efforts, the score always looked slightly under par on a good batting surface at the Oval.
Jordon Cox and Jacks steer Oval Invincibles home
In response, Oval Invincibles made light work of the chase, reaching 153/4 in just 78 balls to secure a convincing six-wicket win. Jordan Cox played a fluent knock of 47 off 27 deliveries, while Jacks backed up his fielding heroics with a blazing 45 off 27. Their partnership ensured the Invincibles stayed ahead in the chase, sealing the contest with ease.
