Warner’s record of 36 World Cup sixes places him fourth on the all-time list of batters with the most sixes in the tournament. He trails behind West Indies legend Chris Gayle (49), Indian captain Rohit Sharma (40), and South Africa’s veteran AB de Villiers (37). Within the Australian contingent, the swashbuckling opener is followed by Glenn Maxwell, who has secured 33 maximums in 24 World Cup games.

Among all Australians in ODIs, Warner holds the sixth position for the most sixes, with a total of 125. He is behind Ponting (162), Adam Gilchrist (149), Maxwell (140), Shane Watson (131), and Aaron Finch (129).
