Amid the festivities of his special day, Vaughan was treated to a delightful and witty birthday greeting from his friend and occasional social media sparring partner, India‘s former cricketer Wasim Jaffer.

Vaughan’s declaration came after England’s triumphant second T20 World Cup victory, achieved by defeating Pakistan by a five-wicket margin at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in 2022.

Vaughan, in his trademark good humour, responded to Jaffer’s post by cheekily stating his preference for a different kind of cake.
