A rocky history of Mohammed Shami’s relationship with Hasin Jahan
Shami and Jahan got married in 2014 and were blessed with a daughter in July 2015. Unfortunately, their marital bliss was short-lived, and their relationship took a sour turn when Hasin accused the pacer of several serious allegations, including adultery, marital rape, match-fixing, and domestic violence. She even threatened to make evidence of these allegations public and took custody of their only child. Nevertheless, Shami vehemently denied all the charges.

Hasin Jahan’s unconventional statement on Shami’s success
In a recent interaction with News Nation, Hasin was asked about Shami’s performance in the ODI World Cup 2023 and her response was peculiar as she said that it’s good for her and their daughter if the 33-year-old plays well and maintains his place in the national team.
“Kuch bhi hai, accha perform kr rha hai, accha khelega, team main bana rahega, achha kamayega toh humara bhavishya secure rahega. (Whatever it is, if he (Shami) is performing well, will stay in the Indian team and earn well, it will secure our future.),” said Hasin.
Hasin refuses to extend best wishes to Shami
Jahan was also asked to extend her best wishes to Shami, but she declined, stating, “I will give my best wishes to Team India but not him.”
