Dhoni files criminal case against his former business partners
Dhoni, through his legal representative, has submitted a criminal complaint against his former business associates in a sports firm, alleging a fraudulent act of over ₹15 crore by violating a contract.
The complaint has been directed at Mihir Diwakar and Soumya Vishwas from Aarka Sports and Management Limited, and it pertains to a 2017 business arrangement. Reportedly, Diwakar failed to adhere to the stipulated conditions outlined in the agreement, which involved establishing cricket academies in India and abroad under Dhoni’s name.
