Jasprit Bumrah creates an unwanted record in the ODI series against England

In the recently concluded ODI series played between India and England, Team India’s right-arm fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah created an unwanted record which he would definitely like to forget.

In three matches Bumrah conceded 228 runs to claim five wickets, which is the most by an Indian bowler in a 3 match ODI series.

Bumrah is the second in the list to concede more runs in a three-match series or less after Zimbabwe’s Shingirai Masakadza, who conceded 244 runs against South Africa in 2010-11.

Here’s Jasprit Bumrah’s bowling analysis against England in the ODI series 2017:

1st ODI: 10 overs 79 runs 2 wickets

2nd ODI: 9 overs 81 runs 2 wickets

3rd ODI:  10 overs 68 runs 1 wicket
