Mohammad Nabi unaware of El Clásico tag
Meanwhile, veteran MI all-rounder Mohammad Nabi revealed he has no knowledge of the MI vs CSK rivalry. The Afghan star said he doesn’t keep tabs on external chatter and remains focused on his preparations for this crucial IPL game.
When asked about his understanding of the “El Clásico” tag, Nabi humorously admitted he wasn’t aware of the context surrounding the rivalry. The Afghan international, known for his all-round abilities, emphasized his focus on core cricketing skills.
“I don’t know anything about the MI vs CSK rivalry. When I play, I don’t focus on the outside noise. My work is to bowl with the ball, catch the ball and hit the ball, that is where I am best at, and I will try to do that. After that, it is all about the result. I don’t know anything about the rivalry,” said Nabi at the pre-match presser.
