After a competitive and high-quality league stage featuring 70 captivating matches, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), Rajasthan Royals (RR), Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) have emerged victorious, securing their places in the playoffs.
KKR, led by the in-form Shreyas Iyer, finished atop the points table with an impressive record of 9 wins in 14 games. They will enjoy the advantage of playing Qualifier 1 at the Narendra Modi International Stadium in Ahmedabad.
Sanju Samson‘s RR started strong contenders, mirroring KKR’s dominance in the early stages. However, a string of four consecutive losses at the end of the league stage saw them slip to the third position.

SRH, riding on the explosive batting of Abhishek Sharma and Travis Head, were a force to be reckoned with throughout the group-stage. Their bowlers, especially Pat Cummins, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and T Natarajan, also displayed exceptional talent, propelling them to 8 wins and earning them a spot in Qualifier 1 against KKR.
Meanwhile, RCB’s journey to the playoffs is a story of remarkable resilience. After a disastrous start with only one win in their first eight matches, the Faf du Plessis-led side staged a magnificent comeback. Six consecutive victories in the second half of the tournament secured them a crucial fourth spot and a date with the RR in the Eliminator.
