IPL 2017: During a T20 match played between Rising Pune Supergiants and Delhi Daredevils in Pune, Daredevils’ wicket-keeper batsman Sanju Samson smashed RPS leg-spinner Adam Zampa for a massive six to complete his maiden century in the IPL.
The 22-year-old, who came in to bat at number three, made 102 runs off just 63 balls. He has now also become the second youngest player to hit a hundred in the IPL history.
Samson scored 31 runs off his first 14 balls but his last 48 runs came off just 18 balls. In the end, his innings helped his team reach a mammoth total of 205 for the loss of four wickets.
