MS Dhoni might not have had a great star of the IPL 2017 but on Saturday, he pulled out another finishing masterclass to make it two wins in a row for Rising Pune Supergiant in the tournament.
He started his innings in an ODI fashion, scoring 26 runs off the first 23 balls with just a solitary four and a six. But he ended his innings in a typical T20 style, scoring 35 runs off last 11 balls at a strike rate of 318 with two sixes and four fours, which also helped Pune to chase 177 by six wickets off the last ball of the game. Dhoni’s 34-ball 61 also helped him claim the Man of the Match.
Meanwhile, Bollywood actors Shahid Kapoor and Sushant Singh Rajput could not stop themselves from praising MS Dhoni’s knock and answering the critics of the world’s best finisher.
