Zaheer Khan, who is currently captaining the Delhi Daredevils in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL), got engaged to Bollywood actress Sagarika Ghatge on Monday.
Zaheer took to Twitter and announced his engagement with a very romantic manner saying, “Never laugh at your wife’s choices. You are one of them !!! Partners for life. #engaged @sagarikavghatge.”
Sagarika also took to Instagram and shared a photo of the two with a caption: ‘Partners for life. #engaged’.
Well, this caught the eyes of Virender Sehwag, who is known for his witty tweets and this time too he had some hilarious but yet, sensible advice for the Bollywood beauty.
“Congratulations @ImZaheer, clean bowled by Hockey, @sagarikavghatge please Hockey nahi dena rakhke. Wish you both a great life together :)”, tweeted Sehwag.
Zaheer also had an awesome reply to Viru’s tweet and he wrote, “Hahaha!! Thank You @virendersehwag But why don’t we gift this hockey to @AartiSehwag instead……Phir woh na de rakhke !!”
But finally, it was Sehwag who seems to have won this funny Twitter banter, as usual.
