Yuvraj Singh consoles Preity Zinta and her team after their exit from IPL 2017

The team Kings XI Punjab (KXIP), which is co-owned by Bollywood actress Preity Zinta, suffered an embarrassing defeat in their must-win game of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL).

KXIP were supposed to beat Rising Pune Supergiant in their final encounter to register their place in the play-offs. But after losing the toss and put in to bat first in Pune, the Glenn Maxwell boys were bowled out for their lowest total in IPL history- at the score of 73 in just 15.5 overs.

And RPS chased the target comfortably with the loss of 1 wicket. Fans were dejected by the Punjab’s performance as they hoped of some fight in the important game.

Meanwhile, for Kings XI Punjab’s skipper and team India’s star all-rounder Yuvraj Singh expressed his disappointment at Punjab’s performance against the Supergiant and said he feels for Preity Zinta and his Punjab team for whom he played in the first 3 season of the league. “Hard luck @lionsdenkxip feel for@realpreityzinta @virendersehwag and squad Pune deserved to be in qualifiers well this travelling is just……”, Yuvi wrote on Twitter.

Yuvraj shares a great bonding with the Bollywood beauty and current KXIP mentor Virender Sehwag.  Well, Yuvraj has been a part of Sunrisers Hyderabad from last 2 seasons and after the end of this season, we hope Preity may spend big bucks on Yuvi in IPL 2018 since all players will be available for the auctions next year.
