Irfan Pathan shuts down the social media trolls with just one lovely reply

Irfan Pathan is the latest Indian cricketer to be trolled for posting a photo with his wife wherein his wife Safa Baig is seen showing her face and arms.

Irfan recently uploaded a photo on Facebook with caption: “This girl is trouble #love #wifey” and on Twitter, he wrote: “Kuch to log kahenge logo ka kaam hai kehna but always #love #travel”.

But, little did he know that the harmless photograph would lead to a flurry of negative responses on Facebook.

Comments ranged from how Irfan should have asked Safa to cover her face as it is his duty to do the same as a Muslim and as a Pathan. Another fan said that while it was good that she was hiding her face, it was also important that Irfan asks her to hide her arms.

Another fan went to the extent of saying that Muslims should not post pictures of girls in their families as they are special.

Finally, Irfan decided to answer all of them in just 1 sentence; showing that hatred cannot win against love.

“I repeat 🙂 If there is more love than hate I think we are doing alright. #spreadLove”, wrote the Baroda lad.

Now, this is a perfect answer for all those who are there on social media just to spread negativity.
