Schedule for Team India’s 23 home games from September 2017 to December 2017

After BCCI’s Tours and Fixtures Committee meeting in Kolkata on Tuesday, it has been revealed that Team India will be playing 23 home matches from September 2017 to December 2017. With this, India might not tour South Africa this year as the tour might begin in January next year.

The home season starts with Australia touring India for the limited-overs leg and will play in five ODI’s and three T20I’s from September 17 to October 11. The five ODI’s will be played in Chennai, Bengaluru, Nagpur, Indore, Kolkata while the three T20I’s will take place in Hyderabad, Ranchi and Guwahati.

After the series against the Aussies, the Kiwis are expected to tour India from October 22 to November 7 to take part in three ODI’s and three T20I’s. Pune, Mumbai and Kanpur will host the three ODI’s while Delhi, Cuttack and Rajkot will host the T20I’s

The home season will end in December with Sri Lanka touring India to play in three Tests (Kolkata, Delhi and Nagpur), three ODI’s (Dharamsala, Mohali and Vizag) and three T20I’s (Thiruvanantpuram, Indore and Mumbai) from November 15 to December 24 before Virat Kohli‘s men fly down to South Africa.

Here’s the list of matches Team India will play from September 2017 to December 2017:

Australia series

1.) 5 ODI’s: Chennai, Bengaluru, Nagpur, Indore and Kolkata

2.) 3 T20I’s: Hyderabad, Ranchi and Guwahati

New Zealand series

3 ODI’s: Pune, Mumbai and Kanpur

3 T20I’s: Delhi, Cuttack and Rajkot

Sri Lanka series

1.) 3 Tests: Kolkata, Nagpur and Delhi

2.) 3 ODI’s: Dharamsala, Mohali and Visakhapatnam

3.) 3 T20I’s: Thiruvananthapuram, Indore and Mumbai
