Indian team for first three ODIs against Australia announced

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Sunday announced the 16 members Indian squad for first three ODIs against Australia. The 5 match ODI series between the two teams will start on September 17.

No major changes have been made in the Indian team which played in the limited overs series against Sri Lanka in Sri Lanka. Fast bowlers Umesh Yadav and Mohammed Shami makes a comeback in the team whereas Shardul Thakur has been dropped.

According to reports, selectors have left out Ravichandran Ashwin because he is currently in England and playing in the county championship due to prior commitments.
